One step forward, four steps back...

I fell off the wagon recently, big time. I won't even say how much I weigh right now, because it's too embarrassing, but seeing it on the scale was the kick in the ass I needed to start losing weight again. May 25th is officially the beginning of a new water fast for me, and I've jump-started it with a salt water flush. *crosses fingers* Here's to hoping I can stick with it... We'll see how it goes.

Trying using myfitnesspal, I've an entry about it on my blog (which is totally acting up right now, so apologies if it's all jumbled looking). I have a high weight at the moment, I'm literally just out of 'recovery' and I *hate* this part of the f-ing cycle.. Realisation! Maybe we can both be motivated by each other. If you don't have a smartphone, you can use myfitnesspal online, if you get it, add me pleases! My nick is QuodMeDestruit. My highest weight ever, is the same as yours hun x No judgements here x

    1. I have a myfitnesspal app on my phone actually, but I haven't used it yet. I usually use the Calorie Counter app (or I did before I started slacking). I definitely wouldn't mind having added motivation :) If I do make an account online I'll be sure to add you, though at the moment I'm on a water fast so it wouldn't do me much good yet. This may sound kind of sad, but I'm not sure how to send a private message on here...

    2. Actually, I don't know if you can PM, lol, I was thinking of xanga... but I will try... What's weird is MFP has actually pushed me into a fast of sorts :s I keep wanting to see 0 cals, or even a deficit, ya know? I have another friend from here (WeAreAllMadHere) who is BeautifulRaindrops on MFP and it's having the same effect on her! So, it can't help to log in and see! You will def get extra encouragement from us =D And you can PM on there too, lol... The more people, the better! This is sooooo much better than the calorie counter app, honestly.. and you can add exercise and see your deficits, I don't know if you exercise much, but I reckon you should try it :P QuodMeDestruit - hope to see you there!

  3. Omfg... I haven't used Xanga since 7th grade ;P I had forgotten all about it.

    I went to your page to try and follow you, but I couldn't find the button. I then went to my followers and tried to follow you there, but blogger is malfunctioning apparently. Won't let me log in >.< I'll try again later.

    MFP sounds good - I'll definitely give it a try. I failed miserably at my water fast already, but I've gotten back on track with my calorie counting and writing them all down in my journal. I have a habit of keeping little books specifically for that purpose.
